2017 Honda Odyssey is a 8 seat front-wheel-drive “L” class mini-van. The new model, the fifth generation, is made in the United States just like two others that have been made before. This model was unveiled in North American International Auto Show, Detroit in January 2017.

The main advantage of the minivan is its capacity to host a great amount of people in maximum comfort. To this end, the Honda Odyssey has an 8-seat (or 7-seat base) three-row interior with generous features of Magic Slide transformation capabilities: the second-row seats are both longitudinally and laterally adjustable with the addition of a middle seat removed. Moreover, the rear passengers are also equipped with, a 10.2-inch screen with Blu-ray/DVD players and the CabinTalk feature that enables the driver (when passengers wearing headphones) to conduct a one-on-one conversation with each individual, and also address passengers via rear speakers.

The Odyssey minivan is available in a single powertrain, a 3.5-liter gasoline V6 i-VTEC with direct injection that generates 280 hp, paired with an 9-speed ZF automatic or the Honda 10-speed automatic (notably, the first production via the V6 gasoline type to include an auto transmission). Drive is front-wheel only.
