In 2018 Honda Odyssey driver has at his disposal a high-tech front panel, so much so that there is no traditional gear selection. Rather, it has four car buttons that can be used to control the car; Drive, Neutral, Reverse and Park. On the upper side is an 8-inch touchscreen (on superior models) to use on the multimedia system. The steering wheel has a 7-inch digital display, which executes the roles of the conventional gauges. The coolant temperature and the level of fuel indicators, however, are retained in their correct positions. The driver and front passenger have comfort features; the seats are heated and ventilated (power adjustments are also standard), the car has three-zone climate control and a power sunroof.

2018 Honda Odyssey has a long list of optional equipment. To begin with, there are electronic driver aids which include adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, a blind-spot monitor, and parking assist. There are also premium trims that provide keyless access and a hands-free tailgate with a foot swipe below the rear bumper, navigation, complete LED lighting, a 550-watt 11-speaker audio system with a subwoofer, a camera inside the cabin that allows the driver to see what is going on in the rear seats, and wireless smartphone charging. Moreover, its entry-level model is also fitted with a wide-angle rear camera, 7-speaker sound system, and 18-inch wheels.
