2011 Honda Pilot is an SUV of the K3 category and has either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The initial official news concerning the facelift of the second generation of the model was published in September of 2011.

The modifications to the Pilot exterior were on the grille, the front bumper and the deflectors, and the wheel rims. In the case of the best trim, 18-inch wheels were also introduced, among others. Regarding the inside, the controls of the audio-system had been renewed, 2,200 kilobase of storage compartments in the center console were expanded, a new i-MID display was introduced, and the navigation system was fine-tuned with a 60 GB hard drive.

The Pilot is produced in the plant of Honda in Lincoln, Alabama (USA).
