2018 Honda Pilot is an all-wheel-drive or front-wheel-drive 3-wheel-drive crossover in the K3 class. Official news regarding the revised version of the third generation of the model was released on June 28, 2018, and the model was sold in the United States on July 16, 2018.

This was not a big facelift of the family friendly Pilot crossover, both in the appearance and the technical perspective. The exterior was also drawn much closer to the corporate styling of the brand applied to other models: the headlights were made narrower, connected by an even greater horizontal band of chrome than previously, the front bumper was designed entirely anew and the fake side air intakes had the daytime running lights and fog lights relocated. The rear alterations are not so significant: the form of the rear bumper was a little changed, and the reverse lights were shifted upwards off of that.

The modifications within the Honda Pilot are mostly related to the infotainment systems. There is also no more than a new steering wheel, no longer having a traditional automatic shifter, a redesigned trim wrap on the center air vents, and the presence of a physical volume knob rather than a touch-sensitive slider as the only notable differences in the interior. The 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system became Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible; a 7-inch display which is used as the instrument cluster may display various menus (including speedometer and tachometer displays to the navigation), and a 10.2-inch rear passenger entertainment display is now available.
