Honda Civic Hatchback is a C-segment hatchback with front-wheel-drive. It is the 11 th generation of the model. On June 24, 2021, the car was premiered in the U.S. market.

The present-day generation Civic hatchback is built on a much-modified platform of the previous model: the body torsional is increased by 19 percent, the suspension (MacPherson struts and multi-link design) employs stiffer rubber-to-metal joints, the front subframe is made of aluminum, the steering has been re-tuned to provide better feedback, and the rear track has been increased. This, combined with the fact that the manufacturer created a hatchback which they purported to have taught driving in Europe, all add up to the driver-centered nature of the model.

Like the presence of 6-speed manual transmission, which is an option to the CVT (in the case of the sedan, the latter is not, however, available with the former). Both gearboxes are available either as a 2.0-liter with the naturally aspirated engine with the same 160 hp and 187 Nm of torque, or as a revised 1.5-liter turbo engine (the turbocharging system was also revised and a VTEC added to the exhaust side), producing 182 hp and 240 Nm- 6 hp and 20 Nm higher.

Similar to the sedan, the hatchback was equipped with a wider range of active electronic assistants that are part of the standard Honda Sensing package and more sophisticated front airbags that minimize the chances of getting a brain trauma in a frontal collision. Regarding comfort and convenience, the Civic could be fitted with dual-zone climate control, heated and power-adjustable front seats, a 10.2-inch instrument panel, and a 9-inch touchscreen on infotainment (with support of the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto apps), wireless smartphone charging, and a high-end Bose audio system with 12 speakers.
